Former Silicon Valley Financial Analyst and Prosecutor Joins Oregon Business Litigation Practice

PORTLAND, Ore., Oct. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Structure Law Group, LLP is pleased to announce that attorney Craig A. Nichols has joined the firm's Oregon office as a Business Litigation Attorney.

Mr. Nichols represents businesses, executives, and individuals in legal matters involving commercial disputes, employment law, real estate, contracts, business torts, and shareholder disputes. Drawing on his experience as a prosecutor and Silicon Valley financial analyst, he brings a combination of courtroom experience, analytical insight, and business acumen to his practice. His approach focuses on finding practical, cost-effective solutions to business disputes while being prepared to advocate for his clients in court when necessary.

He is also fluent in Spanish, further enhancing his ability to serve a diverse range of clients.

Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Nichols is actively involved in the legal community, serving on the Advisory Committee on Diversity & Inclusion for the Oregon State Bar and the Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Committee for the Multnomah Bar Association. He is admitted to practice law in both Oregon and Washington.
