TORONTO, Aug. 24, 2026 /CNW/ -- Amapá Minerals Holdings Inc. ("Amapá Minerals" or the "Company") (TSX: AMAP) announced today that, further to its successfully completed initial public offering of 127,272,728 common shares of the Company ("Common Shares") at a price of $1.10 per Common Share (the "Offering"), the underwriters have exercised their over-allotment option (the "Over-Allotment Option") in part and have purchased an additional 10,963,881 Common Shares at a price of $1.10 per Common Share, for additional gross proceeds to Amapá Minerals of $12,060,269. Including the additional proceeds from the Over-Allotment Option, aggregate gross proceeds from the Offering were approximately $152,060,269.
The Common Shares are listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol "AMAP".
The Offering was managed by a syndicate of underwriters, including Canaccord Genuity and BMO Capital Markets, as joint lead bookrunners, Banco BTG Pactual S.A. – Cayman Branch as joint bookrunner and Banco Bradesco BBI S.A. as co-manager.
